PRESS: Mercedes-Benz to sell plant in Moscow Region to Avtodom

MOSCOW, Oct 26 (PRIME) -- Mercedes-Benz plans to sell its Moscow Region-based production facility to car dealer Avtodom, the deal is to be announced later on Wednesday, Vedomosti daily reported citing sources.

The deal was signed earlier in October, and contains a repurchase option, Vedomosti also reported.

In September, Kommersant business daily reported citing sources that Mercedes-Benz wanted to sell its plant, and was negotiating with several possible buyers, including Avtodom.
